The property is located in the splendid historic center of Introdacqua. Opposite it has a public garden and a Roman fountain, which is much visited by tourists and visitors as it is of significant historical importance.

The property consists of several floors: Basement floor, in which an independent apartment has been designed, for guests and tourists.
The ground floor in which a space has been designed for the conservation and tasting of wines, hams, salami and cheeses, as well as a space for the laundry.

The properties before the interventions were two uninhabitable houses in a highly degraded condition.

The first interventions were in combining the two properties into one.

In fact, the property is now a large house for the owners, with a large living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, which is accessed laterally by a staircase that takes you first to the podium and then to the entrance to the living area of the house.

The second floor instead houses a common area which is used to relax and read or study. The space is also a meeting and division point between the living and sleeping areas. It enjoys a large glazed balcony from which you can admire the city as the building is located in a small slope which offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the city and at the same time of the green mountain full of trees and pines. On the balcony you can hear the melody that releases the adjacent cascade of water which supplies the old city laundry with abundant water. In addition to listening to the sound of birds flying in search of their home.

Primary night area 

the sleeping areas are divided into two areas, the first sleeping area is located on the second floor of the building, and is used exclusively by the owners, the space covered by a stone arch. The space also has a service bathroom with shower, and all the necessary amenities.

Secondary night area 

The second sleeping area is located on the third floor and is used to accommodate the children of the owners of the house. The space in this area is composed of a wooden roof which makes the space even more pleasant, as well as having a large balcony from which you can enjoy a wide visit. The walls are made of stone and the floor has been preserved in the original state and style of the property. as the railing of the wrought iron staircase has also been preserved.
